Sometimes digging up the past can be a grounding experience; for some, it can make you feel buried up to your neck in mystery. Cal Jamison, a former Marine Raider, now a PI, had been secretly searching for more details on Dr. Jordan Hansen’s parents’ unsolved murders many years before. He hoped to expose the killer and bring her some closure.
When a med school friend of Jordan’s suddenly turns up dead in the middle of an Oregon campground, Cal must delve deeper to see if there is a connection between the death of her friend and her parents’ murders.
As Cal finds clues, other seemingly random people turn up dead. Can he sift through the overwhelming evidence and uncover the truth before Jordan becomes the next victim? The more he digs the deeper the truth seems to be hidden, and time is running out.
